Individuals or organizations submitting a DNCLOUD customer copyright infringement notice (under the DMCA) to DNCLOUD must follow the procedures below. Customers who are the subject of a DMCA notice who meet the criteria below may have their accounts terminated at DNCLOUD’s sole discretion.

DNCLOUD is not required to respond to notices that do not meet the requirements of the DMCA. Copyright owners should be aware that there are significant penalties for false statements and that DNCLOUD will actively refer claimants using the DMCA for inappropriate purposes to relevant law enforcement agencies. mandarin.
In the event that DNCLOUD is required to remove or disable access to material on your website that is allegedly infringing on someone else’s copyright under the DMCA, you acknowledge and agree that DNCLOUD may do so by disable access to your entire website or terminate your account.
Without waiving any of its other rights under this Agreement, DNCLOUD provides its Customers with a 7-day money-back guarantee on fees for hosting the services. If for any reason you cancel your account within seven (7) days of DNCLOUD sending your welcome email including your account information or the date you placed your order with us, whichever whichever comes first. DNCLOUD will refund your money no questions asked; provided, however, that you have never received a refund under the 7-Day Guarantee before. If you have previously received a refund under the 7-Day Guarantee, your account will be cancelled, but no funds will be refunded to you.
Changes to your service, including but not limited to adding new services, removing services, or changing the type of hosting plan that you do NOT make

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services, this includes, but is not limited to, Domain Name Registration, Domain Name Reservation services, machine reservation servers, virtual private servers, and excess fees.
Customers may voluntarily cancel their account at any time, for any reason or for no reason, by requesting account cancellation from your members area at my.dncloud.net> Services > My Services > Products/Services > View Details > Manage Actions > Cancellation Request. DNCLOUD requires a notice of cancellation five (5) days prior to the anniversary payment date for the discontinuance or downgrade of monthly services. Failure to provide the required five (5) days will result in a full billable monthly cycle prior to cancellation. All dues must be paid in full before we cancel the customer’s account. Customer understands and agrees that DNCLOUD does not provide a prorated rating or any other form of refund upon cancellation. All fees paid by the Customer are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated under our any 30-day money-back guarantee.
All cancellation requests must be made directly via www.my.dncloud.net. Cancellation requests are not accepted by email, postal mail, by phone or via the help desk. If a customer cancels a recurring order by contacting any 3rd party, we will consider that as the required account cancellation. In such cases, DNCLOUD reserves the right to terminate a customer account with immediate effect without prior notice.
